To register for a DJ Baji account you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
DJ Baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be suspended until documentation is provided.
Players who provide false registration details — including a false date of birth — will have their accounts closed and any pending balance may be forfeited. This applies regardless of how long the account has been active.
Each player may hold one account only on DJ Baji. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. DJ Baji will not be liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the DJ Baji support team immediately. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information — particularly your payment details and contact information — remains current. DJ Baji is not responsible for failed withdrawals or missed notifications resulting from outdated account information.
DJ Baji processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods are displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. DJ Baji does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.
Deposits are typically credited within a few minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference.
DJ Baji does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds may be forfeited.
All deposits are subject to standard security and fraud checks. DJ Baji reserves the right to delay crediting a deposit pending the outcome of such a check.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard at any time. DJ Baji aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times depend on the payment method selected and are indicated within the withdrawal section of your account.
Before a withdrawal is processed, DJ Baji may require identity verification to be completed if it has not been done already. This is a standard security measure and is not specific to any individual player.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible due to payment method limitations, DJ Baji will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative.
If you have an active bonus on your account, withdrawal requests may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the required wagering will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your balance. Your original deposited amount remains withdrawable at any time unless it has been wagered.

All games on the DJ Baji platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, or live dealer operations managed by the platform's game providers. DJ Baji does not control the outcome of any game result and is not responsible for variances in expected return-to-player (RTP) over any given session.
In the event of a technical fault — including game disconnection, software error or display error — DJ Baji reserves the right to void affected game rounds. Where a fault results in an incorrect payout being credited, the incorrect amount may be reversed from your account balance. Players will be notified if this occurs.
Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. DJ Baji does not accept requests to cancel bets that have been submitted through the standard game interface.
For sports betting, all markets are settled in line with the official result of the relevant match or event. DJ Baji's sports results are sourced from recognised official data providers. Disputes regarding sports results must be raised within 72 hours of the event settling.

When an account is suspended for investigation, DJ Baji will aim to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the account holder. Legitimate balances that are not related to any breach will be returned to the player following a completed investigation that finds no wrongdoing.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — should contact the support team. Account closure requests are processed promptly and any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
